Omarr has great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function, and is very capable of determining the abilities of his clients. He is pleasant, has a positive attitude and is a great motivator. He encourages you to push yourself to the max. He truly loves what he does!

My son did basketball training
with Omarr. I was very impressed. He helped my son improve his skills but also was able to do what no other coach or myself was able to do...make my son more aggressive in the game. He began to use his size and strength more effectively and dominate. His summer league coach noticed the change immediately and was also blown away.
